  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Rotating equipment spectrum include but not limited to: Centrifugal pump, diaphragm pumps, fin fan, centrifugal blowers, reciprocating compressors, fire water pumps.

  • Evaluate equipment performance and site checks for troubleshooting.
  • Function as technical resource to maintenance groups to direct and recommend problems solutions. Duty to visit external vendor workshops for equipment inspection, onsite discussions.
  • Oversee the condition monitoring programs, review the vibration, temperature reports to identify potential equipment issues before issues escalate and impact plant production.
  • Function as equipment repair QA primary contact, for repair method approval, technical communication with vendors, repair progress tracking and communication to Operations on equipment outage duration.
  • Function as primary contact in Asset Management rotating discipline for requests from other departments, including site emergencies related to rotating equipment.
  • Function as rotating equipment MOC change manager, conduct field checks for Mechanical Completion, PSSR and startup of equipment till MOC closure to ensure reliable operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in process plant for rotating equipment maintenance.
  • Min qualification would include: Vibration analyst level 1.
