- Support Marketing and Communications' overall objectives
- Formulate integrated marketing and communications strategies leveraging mainstream media, social media and other platforms to build employer branding, community engagement and customer experience
- Plan and develop a pipeline of content and communication materials (e.g. media releases, social media posts, conference and townhall presentations) to tell Mediacorp stories
- Create key messages, speeches and statements for senior management and key stakeholders at events and announcements

- Possess excellent English writing and verbal skills, and a strong command of a second language, ideally Malay
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, complex multiplatform environment
- Experience in branding and marketing communications within complex, multi-product environments and experience in journalism will be regarded favourably
