  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Promote a strong internal control culture through risk management and governance initiatives.
  • Conduct control-self assessments, validation checks, and process reviews.
  • Identify control gaps, recommend process improvements, and align with industry best practices.
  • Leverage data analytics to enhance control measures and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on control implementation progress to senior management.
  • Participate in special reviews and projects as required.
Data Governance & Protection
  • Support the Data Protection Officer in ensuring compliance with PDPA and privacy regulations.
  • Conduct data protection impact assessments and integrate safeguards into processes.
  • Identify and mitigate data protection risks through regular audits and recommendations.
  • Coordinate Data Protection Control Self-Assessments and perform validation checks.
  • Assist in managing data breaches, including investigation, reporting, and mitigation.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions on data protection best practices.
  • Stay updated on data privacy regulations and implement necessary policy enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Degree from an established university in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent with professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of proven working experience in internal controls, compliance or audit, preferably in hospital and healthcare setting
  • Experience in data protection work will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Tableau/ Power BI/ IDEA and other similar data analytical tools will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of internal auditing techniques & standards, and SAP financial software preferred.
