Clinic Operations Manager

This role reports to the COO Office. Bridgepoint Health is an operating entity of Sheares Healthcare. As a clinic operations manager, you serve as the bridge between the HQ team and the Clinic team. You are expected to function independently and work well within a group of like-minded staff looking to deliver the best possible care to our patients.

The Job

1. Operational Excellence

Ensure clinic’s operational excellence and superb patient experience / satisfaction

Serves as the point of escalation for all clinic matters (internal and external)

Data driven approach and provide relevant data for the proactive management of clinic excellence

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and best practices across clinics

Work closely with Medical Operations leads to proactively address physician issues

Ensure compliance of clinic processes with necessary authorities and accreditation requirements

Proactively identify areas for improvement from an operational and workflow perspective

Assist in the implementation of quality assurance/improvement efforts

Oversee manpower and rostering matters for clinics

2. External stakeholder coordination

Liaise with TPA / clients, relevant government agencies, suppliers and vendors as required (for e.g. claims resolutions, payment follow up etc).

Support projects taken on including engagement with Corporates

3. Internal stakeholder coordination

Support the strategic planning and execution of such plans for the group

Work closely with COO office and leadership team to execute operational goals

Support the development and management of clinic budgets.

Proactive cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

4. Leadership

You will lead a team of clinic operations executives, clinic managers and clinic assistants

You will drive the culture of Bridgepoint Health

Responsible for the ongoing retention and engagement of clinic staff

Assist with tasks otherwise assigned to by COO office.

The Person

Minimally a diploma in relevant field

Familiarity with the way of working of a clinic, able to assist in clinic shifts when necessary

Relevant experience in hospitality or healthcare industry is advantageous

Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with various clinic management systems is a plus

Technology Savvy and computer-literate including use of Microsoft Office applications

Can-do attitude, adaptable to situations
