- Conduct research, analysis of internal and external landscape, to develop the short to mid-term strategies, that would be in line with larger systemic shifts and WOG policy directions;

- Harness existing information sources and review international scans to identify best practices and global developments in similar industries/sectors that can be adapted to Singapore's context;
- Identify global and local emerging trends that impact the social service landscape and assess/analyse the implications of these trends;
- Propose recommendations and considerations for implementation, contextualised to the Singapore social service landscape; and
- Facilitate engagements with stakeholders to translate foresight analyses into strategies for implementation, considering the current reality and readiness of the organisation and sector.
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing and proposed policies, regulations, and legislation;
- Analyse legal implications and identify potential risks and compliance issues;
- Provide recommendations for policy enhancements and legal compliance;
- Draft and review regulatory instruments such as legislations and subsidiary legislations under the purview of NCSS, legal documents, contracts, and policies to ensure they align with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives;
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and regulatory changes; and
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations on legal and policy matters.
