Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Handle general HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Liaise with government agencies on statutory requirements, surveys, and compliance matters.
- Ensure adherence to employment legislation.
- Submit IR8A tax forms annually.
- Manage the yearly renewal of employee insurance.
- Support payroll processing.
- Assist with performance review processes.
- Lead the implementation of HR projects, such as salary banding.
- Oversee offboarding, including conducting exit interviews.
- Support finance functions, including issuing invoices to corporate clients and entering sales and customer invoices into the system.
- Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR & Finance Operations and/or end-to-end recruitment is desirable.
- Prior experience working in an SME environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Independent, resourceful, and eager to learn, with a proactive and energetic approach.
