Key Responsibilities:

Your role within the CCE team involves maintaining strong connections with the HR community and certified professionals.

Your tasks include:

Engaging the HR communities and certified professionals through Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs:

  • To support the planning and executing virtual and physical CPD programs and events
  • To support the building of relationships with IHRP certified professionals to provide skills enhancement activities.
  • Assist in developing and managing programs for certified professionals to deliver IHRP value proposition.

Creating and managing an online presence through IHRP Connect:

  • To support to manage the communication with community through IHRP Connect
  • To aid in content creation and updates for IHRP Connect and other platforms
  • To support in the monitoring and moderate discussions on IHRP Connect and other communication channels
  • Actively monitoring HR trends and developments:
  • To support in the research and share insights on current HR and industry transformation trends by conducting data analysis.
  • To assist in various tasks as required, contributing to team efforts

Requirements:

  • To excel in this internship, you should possess:
  • Keen interest in community management with strong sense of responsibility and emotional intelligence
  • Familiarity with launching community initiatives, online forums, and event series
  • Basic knowledge of Learning & Development activities.
