Channel Sales Manager

The Role:
Channel Sales Manager
Location: Singapore.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channels Sales Manager to expand our partner ecosystem and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and resellers to enhance our market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to increase partner engagement
- Built the Channel eco-system
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners in the assigned region.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs.
- Train and support partners on our solutions, ensuring they have the necessary tools to sell effectively.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide insights to optimise channel sales.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to align channel strategies, and contractual agreements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
Required Experience:
- Proven track record of driving revenue through channel partners.
- Strong experience in network security, ITSM, ITOM, or network performance monitoring is a must.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and indirect sales models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience working with distributors, VARs, MSSPs, or system integrators is a plus.
