Reporting to Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Deliver company standard of VM & M&S WAY across team from window
- display, outfit changes of all mannequins, in-store images, hotspots,
- merchandising and soft displays
- Oversee & lead VM teams to implement & maintain the M&S brand image
- within stores and ensuring visual consistency across all stores
- Lead the team to deliver the store layout change and product handling
- Responsible for the logistics of VM equipment and materials, maintenance &
- housekeeping of VM areas at store level
- Assist with VM training and up-skilling of team members
- Manage VM staffing to ensure optimal allocation of resources
- Drive & work with store team on layout move and product handling
- Support renovation or store opening project of team
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Certificate / Diploma Holder in any discipline, those with related
- studies will be an advantage
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in VM with 1-2 years of supervisory
- experience
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, window set-up, instore
- display and styling
- Sound knowledge in retail operations, selling, design and production
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and capable of multi-tasking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong artistic and fashion sense
