We are growing and we're looking for talents to come onboard our Insurance team as a General Insurance Specialist based in Singapore.

Mission

Your mission as a General Insurance Specialist at MoneySmart.sg is to provide our customers the very best service and impartial advice on general insurance products with focus on Car Insurance; and to grow and achieve revenue targets for the general insurance line of business.

You will be working closely with our Head of Financial Advisory to grow the business, drive sales excellence and foster a positive client-centric culture. Leads will be fully provided for by the company, coupled with an attractive monthly commission scheme. Annual leave, CPF contributions and medical benefits included. Flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • To provide prompt, excellent and end to end customer service to our car insurance customers who have expressed interest to purchase car insurance
  • To maximise cross selling opportunities as per company's strategy
  • To follow up with customers and be accountable for personal conversion rate

Requirements



  • Strong Telesales/Telemarketing (Call Center) experience - Candidates with prior experience in telesales in car insurance would be a plus
  • Knowledgeable of the car insurance market
  • Additional knowledge about other General Insurance products like PA and HI - Certifications required: BCP and PGI
  • Ability to excel in a tech driven environment and familiar with using systems like Salesforce, Slack and G-drive
  • Sales and service-driven
  • Proactive, Meticulous and organized
  • Sharp mind and superior communication skills
