The resource shall provide the following services under the ownership of delivery management by SMBC
Project Delivery manager Role
Main Driver for the project accountable for overall project objective delivery.
i. Responsible for the overall project’s system delivery & releases, platform and infra.
ii. Work with the Project Manager on the overall project plan from the platform, infra and system delivery & release perspective
iii. Ensure that planning (resource, schedule, budget) and execution (design, development, testing) for the system delivery teams are aligned to the overall project plan.
iv. Ensure that the project system deliverables are defined and understood within the various system delivery.
v. Manages the day to day running of the project’s system delivery teams.
vi. Provide timely update to the Project Manager for the system delivery progress status, risk, issues and escalation.
vii. Ensure that the platform, infra and system technical deliverables are on schedule, to the agreed specification requirement, reviewed and quality assured.
viii. Liaison person and communication bridge for the system delivery teams to the Demand Management and HO Support teams.
ix. Responsible for the management of the service providers and product vendor engaged for the project system deliveries.
x. Manages the contractual administration and obligation by the service providers/vendor.
xi. Monitor and manages the service providers/vendor fulfilment of their contractual obligation.
xii. Provide timely update to the Project Manager on the service providers/vendor risk, issue and escalation.
Project manager Role
Accountable for the assigned project delivery: Project planning. Entire Project WBS, Schedule, cost, risk, issue management etc.
i. Manage SMBC internal BAs' progress and Business alignment on the requirements.
ii. Manage Overall deliverables of this project.
iii. Define & Implement a Project Framework for APH
iv. Define and influence Standard Project Management Templates and Guide Project managers, Delivery Managers.
v. Review the Plans / WBS and ensure inter-dependencies are clearly addressed and aligned to program objectives.
Primary Skillset (must Have)

- In depth experience in Payments, Cash Mgmt and Transaction Banking projects
- Good Technical & Operational understanding of Payments & Collections/Receivables (Cross-border TT, RTGS, ACH Bulk Payments, Direct Debit, Internal Transfer, Instant/FAST payments, Virtual Account, etc)
