Our Client who is foreign government-related agency is looking to hire the following:

2. Duties of the TRO
Trade Relations Officer (12 months renewable contract) *Singaporeans only*
Location: Core/Central Region
The appointed TRO is mainly deployed to carry out various duties which may involve multi-tasks relating to one or a combination of the following functions:–
(a) to assist senior officers in arranging duty visits and meetings and organizing events such as business forums, seminars, webinars, luncheons and dinners
(b) to assist senior officers in the work relating to promoting trade relations between a Region Jurisdiction and countries under the purview of our office (i.e. Singapore, Laos, Vietnam and India etc);
(c) to assist senior officers in preparing briefing materials and reports, conducting research, as well as monitoring major political and socio- economic developments in countries under the purview of our office; and
(d) to perform other duties as assigned by senior officers
e) Taking initiative eg. arranging some logistical transport arrangements, helping luggages of foreign government delegates and colleagues when business travels and such.

3. Qualifications/Skills/Working Experience of the TRO
The TRO should possess the following: –
a) A degree holder;
b) Minimum of 2 years working experience;
c) Detail-oriented, ability to display strong teamwork, self-motivated, hardworking, honest and able to work under tight deadlines
For your information, our office oversees some member states of the ASEAN region countries namely, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos as well as India. The TRO may, as and when required, due to operational needs, to travel to these countries together with senior officers and perform on-site logistical support. All expenses paid for in terms of Logistical transportation and accomodation.
Salary range: $3,500-$3,950 per month –subject to relevant past experience (Completion bonus discuss upon confirmation of hiring)
