Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, audit documentation, ESG sustainability reports, and variance analysis to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Lead forecasting, budget planning, and cost management while providing actionable financial insights.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements, including GST, MAS reporting, and SGX announcements.
  • Manage liquidity, oversee cash flow, authorize payments, and review reconciliations for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers for year-end audits and tax filings.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify and drive process improvements in reporting, budgeting, and financial systems.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments, including system implementation projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent, with CA, CPA, or ACCA certification.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience working in a Bank or Financial Institution.
  • Strong knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
