
Executive (Genomic Assessment Centre)
To enable the implementation of precision medicine in SingHealth, KKH Genetics Service is establishing a Genomic Assessment Centre (GAC) to allow for national screening for Familial Hypercholesterolemia. We are currently seeking an executive to join our team at the Genomic Assessment Centre (GAC). The candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations, workflow execution and process management within the GAC.
Job Scope:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the GAC
- Ensure efficient scheduling and workflow optimization of the GAC
- Assist in tracking expenses, processing invoices and maintaining budget records
- Monitor office supply to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Assist in maintaining accurate records for audits and inspections
- Track and report on key performance indicators
- Support the preparation of annual reports
- Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries
Job Requirements:
- Recognised degree with 2 years’ relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical, organising and prioritising skills
- Strong coordinating and facilitation skills
- A team player and yet able to work independently
