- Execute recruitment strategies using diverse channels (social media, job boards, partnerships) to attract qualified candidates
- Develop recruitment materials to resonate with diverse demographics
- Utilise government initiatives and collaborate with educational institutions to expand talent pools
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection
- Design and deliver impactful onboarding programs for new hires
- Collaborate with managers to ensure a positive onboarding experience
- Analyse feedback to improve onboarding processes
- Generate HR data reports for workforce insights
- Manage performance management activities, including consolidating feedback and maintaining records
- Provide support and clarification on performance review processes
- Generate performance metrics reports to improve processes and reduce bias
- Support the rollout of assessment methods aligned with organisational goals
- Manage communication channels to drive employee engagement
- Design and analyse employee feedback initiatives (surveys, focus groups)

- Maintain materials related to workforce and labour relations policies
- Address labour relations inquiries and issues
- Manage government-related applications (levy waivers, work passes, grants)
- Support initiatives for positive labour relations
- Manage government-related surveys and data submissions
- Manage exit processes, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback
- Provide support to leaving employees
- Administer redundancy and severance programs
- Manage retirement and re-employment processes and queries
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum three years of generalist HR experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting tools
- Proactive, organised, adaptable and ethical
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- IHRP-CA certification is advantageous
