For this role, we are looking for an outstanding individual who is collaborative, organized, thinks out-of-the-box, and is ready to pursue new opportunities. Most importantly, this role is for an individual who is passionate about making a difference especially through healthcare.
As part of the internship project, the incumbent will
· Benefit from working at a progressive, Digital-First business and being a part of an award-winning company that does impactful work in Asia
· Learn people partnership skill: partner employees and line managers on employee experiences from the point of end-to-end recruitment process.
· You will also have a big role to contribute to enhancing employee engagement and helps to manage various projects as well as data analytics
· Learn from highly energetic team, where your peers, line managers and senior leaders will help develop your skills and competencies
Requirements
· Applicants must be local University students (fresh graduates are not eligible for this intake)
· All disciplines are welcome and Human Resource Management studies would be an advantage
· Exposure to HR work from prior internships is useful but not required
. Passionate in being innovative and positively impacting people
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly proactive and a high performer
· Excellent time management skills and able to work with the fast phase environment
