Our client, a leading trading house in the oil & gas industry, is seeking a trades operations executive to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Trade Finance Manager, the role revolves around providing support to traders in crude oil logistic and trading operations. This role covers the full spectrum of middle office duties and operations management.

Primary responsibilities involve the contracts administration of sales contracts and generation of deal reports. Other duties include the processing of L/C and coordinating the shipment of vessels.

Successful candidates can expect to work in a structured work environment with ample learning opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Singaporeans/PR candidates only.
  • Minimum diploma holders.
  • Experience in crude oil logistics and trading operations.
  • Strong understanding of trade life cycle management, contracts administration and ETRM systems.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a relevant role.
  • Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and stakeholders and able to comprehend Chinese reports.
