Junior Accounting Manager
Job Description
An international property investment and development firm with over 3000 assets spread across 15 countries, is seeking a Junior Accounting Manager to join their expanding team at the global HQ level based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the incumbent will be working in a team of 20 staffs. The main duties will include financial & management reporting, bank reconciliation, preparation of consolidated financial statements, financial analysis, journal entries, intercompany reconciliation, and liaising with auditors/ company secretaries/ tax agent/ & external service provides.
Additionally, he / she may need to support other team members in the preparation for group consolidation.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
- Post-grad qualifications such as CA, CPA, and Masters would be advantageous
- At least 3 year working experience in the Real Estate/ Property industry
- Prior working experience in the Big 4 Audit firm is a plus
- Working experience using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards will be an advantage
