Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive user acquisition strategy across multiple channels, focusing on paid performance marketing.
  • Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities in fast-paced, volatile markets.
  • Lead and set the expectations to evolve channel maturity and deliver best in class execution of a large media budget.
  • Develop and refine acquisition frameworks to attract, engage, and retain users, addressing the unique needs of crypto-savvy users, TradFi customers, and those transitioning between the two.

Performance Marketing

  • Lead, optimize, and scale paid performance channels, including search, social, programmatic, and emerging platforms. T level specialist.
  • Innovate and experiment with new approaches to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and LTV (Lifetime Value).
  • Optimise campaigns to achieve efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and maximise LTV (Lifetime Value) while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing to identify gaps and improve conversions rates/performance gains.

Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage data analytics to continuously refine campaign performance, segment audiences, and drive high-impact results.
  • Build robust models for attribution, forecasting, and optimization.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability. • Develop and implement multi-touch attribution models to measure the real impact of acquisition efforts across multiple channels. Leverage these insights to allocate budgets more effectively and optimize channel performance

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing user acquisition team, fostering innovation and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and creative, to ensure alignment and support for acquisition initiatives.

Budget and ROI Ownership:

  • Manage large-scale acquisition budgets with a focus on efficiency and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations for course correction and growth.

Market Adaptation:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, evolving regulatory requirements, platform changes, and competitor strategies to adapt to volatile and dynamic market conditions.
  • Regularly analyse competitors' acquisition strategies in both the Crypto and TradFi sectors. Use insights to refine positioning, messaging, and channel selection for maximum impact

Key Qualifications & Competencies

  • Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in paid performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience scaling and delivering exceptional results in one or several other performance channels.
  • Adept at navigating strategy and execution in fast paced environments.
  • Track record: Demonstrated success in scaling acquisition programs and delivering measurable ROI in high-volatility sectors
  • Analytical expertise: Highly numerical with deep experience in analytics, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making. Advanced Excel and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms required.
  • Innovation: Strong creative instincts with a history of driving growth through innovative strategies and channel experimentation.
