  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, designing and implementing application systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Support and ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations in our group companies mainly in Asia region.
  • Support the implementation of initiatives to be in alignment with the headquarters direction.
  • IT governance and ensure IT policy compliance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of application, software and network issues.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Possess working experience in managing of IT systems and Infrastructure with APAC.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application, software and hardware issues.
  • Experience in managing multiple servers, mainly Windows administration
  • Familiar with ITIL concepts and at least three years experience in operations and maintenance
  • General knowledge of on-prem server management, including Vmware administration
  • Ability to prepare system design and procedure manuals independently
  • General knowledge of managing cloud servers
