Job Responsibilities:
- Planning of project works schedules and controlling the costs of the project.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports to be submitted to the Manager.
- Resource planning such as manpower, material and equipment for the project.
- Liaise with clients on-site on work matters.
- Check shop drawings from the Design Department and from the clients to eliminate any problems on site construction.
- Troubleshoot problems on-site in order to ensure delays are minimized and additional costs reduced.
- Provide technical and practical support to supervisors and foremen to assist them in the construction process.
- Preliminary design of temporary elements for site use or for tender purposes.
- Wastage and productivity control on site.
- Ensure compliance with Company's IMS process and procedures.
- Ensure OSH risk assessment and EMS impact & aspect register are conducted and implemented in company operations.
Pre-requisites:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.
- Outgoing personality and service-driven with a positive and "can-do" attitude.
- Proactive and self-motivated in problem-solving.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD software.
Working Environment:
- 5.5-day work week, Monday to Saturday
- Visit project sites is required
