- Oversee, guide, and support a team of associates, fostering their professional growth.

- Address auditor inquiries and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain communication and collaboration with property clients and fund managers.
- Compile, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in variance analysis.
- Compute and assess various performance metrics, benchmarking against industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of capital call and distribution notices for clients.
- Review and interpret financial statements, records, and disclosures to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
- Verify that documentation aligns with relevant agreements and contracts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in fund accounting and financial analysis.
- Prior experience with a Big 4 firm or fund administration is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Prior supervisory experience is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Paxus software is beneficial.
