Job description.We are seeking a Regional Account Director with a background in fintech to join our client's team in Singapore.They are a leading Tech platform who are partnered with some of the largest names in FS.The Regional Account Director will be instrumental in cultivating and leading relationships between clients and the company. This role is centered around establishing a long-term partnership built on collaboration and a commitment to market-leading innovation.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Adapt communication style to connect with diverse personalities and build rapport quickly.
Business Acumen:
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the business across multiple functions to serve as an expert in the field.
  • Identify and understand client objectives and how the agency’s offerings can support them.
Account Leadership:
  • Lead a global account with annual revenues exceeding $100 million, demonstrating year-over-year growth across various products and regions.
  • Forecast annual performance, utilizing strong P&L experience to recognize trends and identify opportunities and weaknesses.
Commercial Strategy:
  • Lead complex negotiations and recommend new commercial models.
  • Manage the contracting process in collaboration with legal teams.
Team Development:
  • Foster a high-performing team culture that prioritizes collaboration and upholds the highest standards in client relations.
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional development and collective success.
