Are you a compliance professional with a strong background in risk management, audit, and regulatory compliance We are looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee compliance frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements in the property & township management sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and update compliance policies & SOPs to align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure effective communication & training on compliance policies across the organization.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, identify compliance risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor compliance activities, report risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Coordinate and support internal & external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
- Conduct compliance reviews & assessments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive compliance records and provide regular reports to management.
- Develop and implement training programs to promote compliance awareness among employees.
Regulatory Liaison:
- Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to township management.
- Act as the key liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Building Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit, preferably in property or township management.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and Singapore regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex regulations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
- Proficient in compliance management software and tools.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
