  • Monitor compliance risks and recommend corrective actions to ensure adherence
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of findings

  • Stay informed of relevant laws and industry regulations to maintain compliance

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Building Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit functions,preferably in facilities management or construction audit
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements in Singapore
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in compliance management software and tools
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
