- Develop and update compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
- Lead communication and training efforts to ensure all staff understand and follow compliance policies
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify compliance risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Monitor compliance risks and recommend corrective actions to ensure adherence
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of findings
- Perform regular reviews of compliance practices and maintain accurate records of compliance activities
- Design and implement training programs to raise compliance awareness among employees
- Stay informed of relevant laws and industry regulations to maintain compliance
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Building Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit functions,preferably in facilities management or construction audit
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements in Singapore
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in compliance management software and tools
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
