What You’ll Do:
As our Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to grow Beansprout’s presence across key platforms. Your role will involve content creation, audience engagement, and analytics to ensure our brand stands out as a trusted voice in the financial insights space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative social media content (posts, videos, graphics) that resonates with our audience.
- Strategy Development: Plan and implement social media strategies to grow followers, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with our audience.
- Platform Management: Oversee Beansprout’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyse data, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Trend Spotting: Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience managing social media accounts, either professionally or personally.
- Creativity: A knack for crafting engaging, visually appealing content tailored to different platforms.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey messages effectively.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proactivity: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Passion: Interest in financial literacy, investments, or personal finance is a plus.
