What You'II Do:
- Engage with government agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver the capital investments and returns for our core regulated businesses in Singapore and support other unregulated/commercial projects
- Lead market research on regulatory policies and analyse regulatory developments in local and overseas markets
- Perform commercial review and returns analysis, review financial models and management papers/presentations to update and seek investment and budget approval
- Lead revenue and tariff scenario analysis and computation
- Formulate and articulate the Group’s positions on regulatory policies by responding to public and industry consultations
- Support SP in multi-agency studies and special projects/initiatives
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members in the team
What You'II Need:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
- Preferably 7 – 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a utility or infrastructure industry, with some background in regulation, would be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong sense of business and commercial acumen with good initiative as a self-starter
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, some familiarity with programming tools, SQL and Power BI would be advantageous
