About our group:We are a dynamic equipment maintenance team dedicated to providing technical support and services to the Media Process and Production team. Our goal is to ensure optimal equipment performance, stability, and seamless operations.About the role - you will:As an Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our production equipment. Your responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing equipment setup, maintenance, and testing to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and Lean projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Performing periodic preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Upholding 5S best practices to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Utilizing basic PC knowledge for data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Balancing production output with quality control to meet operational standards.
  • Assisting engineers in experiments, troubleshooting, and performance assessments
About you:Team players with a proactive and positive mindset.Decisive and well-organized in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.Willing to perform 12-hour night shifts as required.Open to learning-no prior experience required.Your experience includes:
  • Experience in troubleshooting, repair work, and equipment servicing is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing environments and cleanroom operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Location:Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
