Our goal is to ensure optimal equipment performance, stability, and seamless operations.About the role - you will:As an Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our production equipment. Your responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing equipment setup, maintenance, and testing to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and Lean projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Performing periodic preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Upholding 5S best practices to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Utilizing basic PC knowledge for data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Balancing production output with quality control to meet operational standards.
  • Assisting engineers in experiments, troubleshooting, and performance assessments
About you:Team players with a proactive and positive mindset.Decisive and well-organized in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.Willing to perform 12-hour night shifts as required.Open to learning-no prior experience required.Your experience includes:
  • Experience in troubleshooting, repair work, and equipment servicing is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing environments and cleanroom operations is an advantage.
