We are seeking a highly strategic and results-drivenHR Business Partner (HRBP). The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership across the assigned Groups, and Departments, optimising human capital resources and driving organisational performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on strategic business partnership, organizational development, and talent management.
- Proven experience working as an HRBP within a technologyor IT-driven organisation preferred
- Strong expertise in managing employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational diagnostics and implementing change management strategies.
- Good analytical skills to diagnose organisational issues and provide data-driven solutions.
- Hands on experience in engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in conflict resolutionand employee relations management, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to issues.
- Solid understanding of HR technology tools, including HRIS, employee engagement platforms, and data analytics
