What You Will Be Working On
- Drive the development and review of the MRO funding framework so as to ensure that the MROs are resourced adequately to achieve MINDEF’s objectives
- Oversee MRO's performance management framework
- Handle grant-related matters
- Perform assessments for operating grants, rental grant and development grant, and seek grant approving authorities’ approval.
- Improve MRO audit performance
- Formulate, implement and review finance policies related to DSTA
- Balancing regulatory requirements with operational flexibility
- Ensuring MROs' financial sustainability
- Developing robust performance framework with sponsoring agencies
- At least 6 years of supervisory experience in audit, management accounting or financial accounting
- Good knowledge of corporate governance is preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
