  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What The Role Is

You lead a team to formulate, review and implement guidelines to manage MINDEF-related Organisations (MROs).

What You Will Be Working On
  • Drive the development and review of the MRO funding framework so as to ensure that the MROs are resourced adequately to achieve MINDEF’s objectives
  • Oversee MRO's performance management framework
  • Handle grant-related matters
  • Perform assessments for operating grants, rental grant and development grant, and seek grant approving authorities’ approval.
  • Improve MRO audit performance
  • Formulate, implement and review finance policies related to DSTA


Challenge(s)

  • Balancing regulatory requirements with operational flexibility
  • Ensuring MROs' financial sustainability
  • Developing robust performance framework with sponsoring agencies


What We Are Looking For
  • At least 6 years of supervisory experience in audit, management accounting or financial accounting
  • Good knowledge of corporate governance is preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
