Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration:
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in drafting an employment contract
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer benefits programs and manage leave applications.
- Accounting:
- Provide support to the accounting department, including data entry, invoice processing, and preparation of financial statements.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist in processing payroll in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and payroll tax obligations.
- Administer employee benefits plans, including enrollments and terminations.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in HR and financial operations.
- Assist in the preparation of HR and financial reports as required.
- Other Duties:
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Min diploma in HR, Business Administration, Accountancy or a related field with prior internship experience.
- Fresh Diploma Graduate is welcome to apply (Potential conversion based on performance)
- Proven experience in HR administration, with knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Experience in accounting or financial support roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR and accounting software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and payroll practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
