The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting department as well as managing HR-related administrative duties. Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration:
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in drafting an employment contract
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer benefits programs and manage leave applications.
  • Accounting:
  • Provide support to the accounting department, including data entry, invoice processing, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:
  • Assist in processing payroll in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and payroll tax obligations.
  • Administer employee benefits plans, including enrollments and terminations.
  • Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in HR and financial operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR and financial reports as required.
  • Other Duties:
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Min diploma in HR, Business Administration, Accountancy or a related field with prior internship experience.
  • Fresh Diploma Graduate is welcome to apply (Potential conversion based on performance)
  • Proven experience in HR administration, with knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Experience in accounting or financial support roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and payroll practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
