Job Responsibilities:
Overall: Responsible for the sales target indicators of the department's service products, responsible for the promotion of products, market development and maintenance, service product business opportunity mining, overall project support operations, and coordination with market units, etc. The specific responsibilities are as follows:
1Customer Visits: Responsible for maintaining customer relationships in the region/industry, timely understanding of customer demand dynamics, following up on changes in service industry and customer, timely product adaptation, leading service products to meet customer needs, and supporting task goals through service product promotion and service product/solution customization;
2Business Opportunity Mining Responsible for collecting and accumulating business opportunities, formulating product promotion strategies and business opportunity advancement plans for each sales unit, establishing a business opportunity operation mechanism with the sales unit and achieving the business opportunity reservoir target;
3Project Operation: Responsible for promoting the project from the S0 stage to the S6 stage, improving the project win through project support at all stages, scheme and parameter implantation, business model design and guidance, and creating market competitiveness;
4Market Unit Support: Facing the industry units responsible, carry out service product support work, including but not limited to marketing strategy planning, product sales empowerment, product quotation support, project decision-making planning,
Job Requirements:
1 More than 5 years of experience in service product marketing or customer management in the service field;
2Familiar with the domestic and overseas data center service market, can assist the front-line market unit in target market mining, business opportunity collection, etc.;
3iliar with the project bidding, project operation process, assist the front-line sales project strategy formulation, cost calculation, project decision-making, etc.
4overseas work experience preferred on the basis of meeting the qualifications.
