This pivotal role demands a visionary leader who can seamlessly blend cutting-edge AI technology with practical healthcare applications. The incumbent will oversee strategic planning and change management, while fostering key partnerships and ensuring alignment with NHG's goals. The responsibilities encompass partnering with HEAL leadership for AI deployment and adoption, managing awareness programmes, optimising operational efficiency, and driving the evolution towards a future-ready healthcare system.   • Lead in the preparation of strategic reports and updates to senior leadership on HEAL progress and outcomes
  • Helm engagement with external partners and stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships and align HEAL initiatives with industry best practices
  • Manage HEAL's workplan delivery and key performance indicator tracking
Leadership and Integration:
  • Coordinate Operations, Product and Data Science teams to deliver AI initiatives effectively
  • Establish efficient workflows and standards across teams for AI deployment and delivery
  • Manage resources and capacity planning across all functions
  • Drive performance improvements and cross-team collaboration
Track Support:
  • Oversee the planning and coordination of AI projects deployment across various HEAL tracks, including monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Support HEAL track leadership to identify key priorities areas and report project progress to senior management
  • Serve as the secretariat for HEAL track meetings
Raise Awareness and Promote Communications:
  • Guide team in the planning and execution of awareness initiatives such as HEAL Friday and CHI@Campus
  • Oversee the development and distribution of communication materials (e.g., eDM) to promote HEAL offerings and awareness initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Orchestrate feedback from participants to continuously improve awareness programmes
NHG AI Registry:
  • Design, implement, and manage the NHG AI Registry, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of all AI projects in NHG
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather and validate project information
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to visualise key metrics and project statuses
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management on the status and impact of AI initiatives
AI Ethics and Governance:
  • Work with stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain policies and guidelines for responsible AI deployment within NHG
  • Lead the development of frameworks for AI auditing and compliance monitoring
  • Stay abreast of global trends and regulations in AI ethics and governance
Operations
  • Drive the workplan for HEAL, which is focused on prioritisation of AI for enterprise adoption
  • Driving the quantitative measurement of success, such as AI literacy, AI adoption/usage through surveys, setting up of AI operational dashboards, monitoring data on AI training programs/workshops
  • Develop policies and processes to streamline the HEAL work processes and to enable innovators, AI offices to be empowered to wayfind and collaborate with HEAL and between institutions in the AI space seamlessly
  • Support Director HEAL and ED, CHI in driving the HEAL operations
Budget Planning and Management:
  • Prepare budget in alignment with organisational and departmental priorities
  • Guide team in preparation of monthly finance reports and claims
  • Track department's finance expenses and monitor budget to ensure appropriate utilisation
Secretariat Support:
  • Oversee the coordination and scheduling of HEAL management meetings
  • Provide guidance to the team on preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documents in a timely manner
  • Guide team on the follow up action items and decisions made during meetings
JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Master's degree or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 15 years experience in healthcare operations, project management, or a similar role preferred
  • Experience with AI or digital transformation projects in healthcare is highly desirable
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels, from frontline employees to senior management
  • Excellent eye for details to oversee the driving of KPIs, KRAs, workplan objectives and budget planning/utilisation.
