Job Summary:

We are looking for an Oracle ERP Support Engineer (L2) to provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP applications, such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12), Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, or NetSuite. The role involves handling escalated issues from L1 support, ensuring system stability, and working on patching, integrations, and performance tuning.

Key Requirements:

Must be currently based in Singapore.

Preference for candidates who do not require work authorization sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support for one or more Oracle ERP applications (e.g., Oracle EBS R12, Fusion ERP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, or NetSuite).

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues, working closely with L1 teams.

Support ERP system maintenance, patching, cloning, and security configurations.

Assist in basic database performance monitoring, tuning, and backup activities.

Work on integrations (APIs, Interfaces, Web Services, and Data Conversions).

Support Concurrent Processing, Workflow, Reports, and Middleware-related issues.

Collaborate with business users, development teams, and Oracle Support (SRs) as needed.

Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
