Admin Executive (Part time or Full-time / Hybrid-working arrangement)
Qualifications & Experience
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Tasks & Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
· Support team members through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
· Maintain a filing system for digital and physical documents.
· Use office software to create documents and maintain databases.
· Accurately prepare and manage documentation related to government registrations.
· Work from home
· Basic accounting knowledge will be advantageous
