Customer Support Executive| Jurong East |

One of Singapore’s largest retail and wholesale garden centres, World Farm is focused on providing the best value and widest range of plants and gardening products for gardeners. With our eye on becoming Singapore’s biggest retail garden center brand, we are now looking for dedicated team players to join us and grow along with us in this exciting phase of our growth.

Job Description:

- Support customer service and sales teams

- Take charge of incoming communications via different channels

- Act as a brand ambassador in dealing with customers

- Manage files and records with effective filing systems

- Act as a bridge between offices in Jurong and Sungei Tengah

- Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and other relevant company documents such as delivery orders and invoices

- Assist with managing and updating plants and product stocks and prices in the stock lists, catalogs, website, and server.

- Assist in checking that all sales transactions, project information, and transactions are properly completed.

- Manage office/pantry supplies inventory and place orders

- Perform general ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of local working experience
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English; ability to read and write in Chinese is a bonus
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service attitude and skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, emails
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Detail and deadline-oriented

**Training will be provided**

Working Day & Timing:

Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
