Manager (Project Management)

What The Role Is

You lead, execute and oversee the end-to-end ground implementation of complex projects from delivery to operationalisation.

What You Will Be Working On

• Develop details project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies
• Oversee project teams, including internal and external stakeholders
• Manage budgets and ensure projects complete within resource allocation timeframe
• Conduct regular reviews and provide updates on implementation progress and continuously optimise project management process
• Support broader branch taskings when required

• Managing changing requirements, unclear objectives and additional requests
• Manage project timelines to avoid delays
• Ensuring proper allocation of resources
• Managing expectation of stakeholders to align goals and resolve tension
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field with relevant working experience in Project Management
• Prior experience in managing large scale, complex project is advantageous
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think critically, resolve issues and make strategic decisions and recommend actions
• Strong knowledge and use of project management methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile/ Waterfall)
• Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
