PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The candidate is required to provide the E-commerce manager with E-Marketing & E-merchandising support for Singapore & Indonesia E-retail & Brand site. Specific to Singapore, the candidate will need to assist the E-commerce manager with customer service support.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for all things marketing and digital, with a self-starter personality. The candidate will have to be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing, editing tools such as photoshop/ illustrator and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)..
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and report on competitor’s Media & E-commerce campaigns/strategy.
- Assist E-commerce manager with localization briefs for routine site changeover or seasonal animations and consolidate corresponding E-commerce marketing assets from HQ.
- Liaise with agency to ensure the timely and accurate changeover of websites
- Ensure products on e-commerce and e-retail sites are properly listed with accurate information.
- Support daily e-commerce operations and site maintenance
- Assist Ecommerce Manager on SEO and fine-tune store fronts to maximize conversion.
- Liaise with Sephora online team to update Sephora platform and track PCD monthly E-retail support to maximize Dior’s visibility on Sephora Platform.
- Provide backup for Brand website customer service support.
- Propose and implement new initiatives that can help to drive overall E-business performance in alignment with the brand image.
- Manage offline event registration & payment process hosted on Ecommerce
Qualificationse
REQUIRED SKILL/QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to multi-task and manage timelines.
- Able to commit a 6 months internship from Jul 25 to Dec 25
- Proficient in google analytics & Microsoft suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Knowledge in Photoshop or illustrator for artwork adaptation.
