What you will be working on:Candidate will be involved in outreach efforts to engage citizens from diverse segments of society via various platforms such as: (i) Listening Points (LPs) - engagement exercise to survey citizens • Assist in ideating the segments to engage or topic to poll citizens on • Involve in logistics planning and execution of the LP • Assist in designing the questionnaire and poster for the LP • Analyse survey responses and identify key findings for summary reports (ii) REACHing Out! short social media series (2nd half of the year) • Assist with ideating of social media content to engage online audiences and enhance key government messages • Assist in the execution of the filming (iii) Telegram Interactive Chat Groups • Assist with moderating the chat groups • Assist with preparation of summary reports • Guidelines for commonly encountered scenariosWhat we are looking for:(Please indicate your period of availability in your resume.) • Keen interest to learn more about citizen engagement • Have good interpersonal skills • Open to work on some weekdays evening or weekends (will be given time off for after-office hour work) • Proficiency in a second language is an added advantage Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
