- Ensure production workers always adhere to GMP and hygiene practices.
- Prepare and taste finished goods sensory samples.
- Support raw material batching and pre-weighing verification checks and report any non-compliances to the Superior/Manager immediately.
- Send daily QC reports to management, ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure operators and operation flow comply with food safety standards and SOP.
- Conduct in-house swabbing tests on equipment, hands, and packaging.
- Conduct in-house air environmental assessments.
- Coordinate with third-party labs for air, water, equipment, hand, and packaging swabs.
- Monitor and report pest activities to maintain hygiene in the warehouse and production areas.
- Handle pest control measures.
- Draw raw material samples when needed.
- Manage 2nd and 3rd party audits.
- Ensure all necessary documents are ready before production starts.
- Support line production checks on CCPs, OPRPs, and in-line product checks, reporting any non-compliances immediately.
- Ensure correct raw material usage, correct packaging, accurate stenciling information, and proper changeover/flush out procedures.
- Ensure finished goods samples are correctly collected by the production team.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior/Manager.
- Diploma in Food Science or related
- Preferably with food background acknowledge
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and able to show good team player
