Who are we looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Senior Technology DevOps Engineer or in similar IT roles.
• Proven experience in administering and supporting ERP System, HR System, MS Sharepoint and Corporate Website.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management. PMI certified or experience in Agile project methodology is good to have.
• Min 3 years experience in managing and negotiation with vendors/contractors for cost-effective and innovative IT solutions, including monitoring of SLA and IT helpdesk activities.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong process automation and scripting skills (Python, C++, RPA Tools etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English.

What will you be doing

• Work with HOD to update policy, guidelines and setup processes, in the area of IT Application security, governance and risk management. Support IT Audit activities, as and when required.
• Project manage vendors to design and implement IT Systems to support Business Units and their processes; to comply to all IT security, development, deployment and change management guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the development, testing, and production environments
• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Ensure security and compliance across all infrastructure and software deployments.
• Manage vendors to ensure smooth and reliable operation of systems. Monitor system performance and availability, addressing any issues as they arise.
• Support IT Helpdesk activities and manage Vendors on tracking of IT tickets raised.
• Look for opportunities to automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and consistency.
