- You are well-connected in the reseller community and can leverage those relationships to introduce Invicti to new reseller opportunities.
- Responsible for scheduling, preparing, and leading recurring Business Review meetings (QBRs) four times per year with cross-functional audience Sales Management, Marketing, Services, Channel SE team, and optional attendees from Regional, Theatre, and WW management
- Meet with Partners & Distributors in the first two weeks of the quarter to update the annual business plan with the previous quarter’s results and set targets, objectives, and activities for the new quarter
- 5+ years of experience in sales or channel management
- The ability to speak and write in fluent English
- Good conversational level of written and oral fluency in English + any other Asian Language an advantage.
- Passion for and proven track record of growing partner business aligned to program metrics
- Ability to build relationships based on trust and mutual business growth intention
- Negotiation skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Executive critical thinking skills
