- Organize and support internal and external meetings for the department
- Coordinating with Nurse Managers and Clinicians to ensure smooth operations in assigned area
- Work with clinicians, nursing and all stakeholders to drive infrastructural related projects to improve/transform our delivery of care in OT settings
- Review departmental processes to improve overall key performance indicators/ outcomes in the areas of total patient experience, operational efficiency and optimal resources utilization (where applicable).
- Assist with annual budget cycle by recommending required CAPEX and OPEX budget needs and preparing approval papers. Track and monitor approved budget to ensure optimal utilization.
- Participation in the following procurement processes:
- Pre-RFP activities to collate data consumption and requirements,
- Product evaluation and vendor selection based on established procurement policies,
- Negotiation meetings to achieve best outcome for the Hospital.
- Review, establish and manage term contracts on time to ensure consistent & continuous supply of products.
- Plan, analyse, monitor & forecast non-stock/consigned stock level
- Perform any other duties / ad-hoc projects as assigned by Reporting Officer
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
- Good analytical, co-ordination, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Working experience in the healthcare or service industry is an advantage.
- Pro-active, self-motivated, with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and work in a team.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused.
