- Education: Diploma/bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in campaign execution, digital marketing, account servicing, or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with campaign tracking tools
- Experience in digital activations, loyalty programs, or mobile apps is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance
- Self-motivated and proactive in handling responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and campaign execution
- Proficiency in Excel for data reporting and PowerPoint for presentations
