
Senior Sales Executive (IC and Automotive Team Leader)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Department : Target Customers Sales Team
Report to : Manager
Functional Relationships with : Customers, sales customer support, factory, logistics, product marketing, sales strategic planning, etc
POSITION PROFILE:
Based in : Singapore
The successful candidate will: be responsible for managing the organisation's Semiconductor and Automotive sales growth. By analysing customer segmentation and competitor landscape, candidate develops sales strategies.
He/She is responsible for achieving sales target and operating excellence while having customer oriented and ownership mindset.
He/she is an action-oriented, able to multi-task, organized, energetic, collaborative, and adaptable individual capable of interacting well with internal and external stakeholders. He/she is a fast learner who is able to operate well in team-based environment under pressure.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to expand sales in Semiconductor and Automotive market.
- Develop multi-level business partnership with each assigned account and strive to achieve high level of customer satisfaction within the customer. Conduct Business Meetings and Customer Visitations.
- Demonstrates initiative in identifying new opportunities and converting them into actual sales.
- Support customer design in activities. Align with internal Product Team to Conduct Sales Promotion activities to prospective and existing customers.
- Co-work with internal stakeholders and external business partners (Design House/System Integrator/Gov Agency) to derive business plan for existing/new markets.
- Leading the activity of Semiconductor and Automotive customers.
- Understand and work with Regional IC Sales team to explore potential in ASEAN region.
- Analyse ASEAN+India IC industry supply chain and its influence on global. Capture total image and activities of ASEAN+India region.
- Align with Regional team for IC strategies and lead the IC ASEAN Sales for implementation.
- Co-create design activities in ASEAN region and ensure transition to actual Sales revenue to Murata.
- Drive and influence the promotion activity in OEM customers of target market and application through global IC reference design activity.
Ability / Competency Required:
- Degree in Engineering Field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B Sales experience, preferably in Automotive or Semiconductor industry.
- Positive attitude in challenging work environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform multi-tasking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and presentation.
- Excellent Team player to collaborate with other functions with good people management and development skills.
