Training Analysis
- Conduct training needs analysis for Daikin affiliates
- Work closely with affiliates and collaborators to understand their respective training needs/issues and make constructive proposals to improve their capabilities
Training Management
- Plan training that meets the needs of affiliates, schedule, and record the training.
- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of training.
LMS
- Study , Plan and Develop of LMS
- Simplify LMS & create a hassle-free user experience
- Adopt feasible functions which caters to Daikin Training needs
- Understand LMS/HRM Systems already in use at affiliates and introduce a unified LMS/HRM system for all affilliates.
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by HOD
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / any related disciplines
- Experience in planning and implementing employee skill analysis, training needs analysis
- Well versed in LMS/ HRM systems e.g. Planning and developing training modules in LMS. Planning, designing, and building talent management systems
- Must be able to travel to Asean Oceania countries
