Training Analysis

  • Conduct training needs analysis for Daikin affiliates
  • Work closely with affiliates and collaborators to understand their respective training needs/issues and make constructive proposals to improve their capabilities

Training Management

  • Plan training that meets the needs of affiliates, schedule, and record the training.
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of training.

LMS

  • Study , Plan and Develop of LMS
  • Simplify LMS & create a hassle-free user experience
  • Adopt feasible functions which caters to Daikin Training needs
  • Understand LMS/HRM Systems already in use at affiliates and introduce a unified LMS/HRM system for all affilliates.
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned by HOD

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / any related disciplines
  • Experience in planning and implementing employee skill analysis, training needs analysis
  • Well versed in LMS/ HRM systems e.g. Planning and developing training modules in LMS. Planning, designing, and building talent management systems
  • Must be able to travel to Asean Oceania countries
