- Three key phases: Company familiarization, classroom training, and on-the-job training
- Initial familiarization at company to understand the working environment before classroom training.
- Three-month classroom training covering theory and practical sessions, conducted and assessed by an external training academy.
- Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of aerospace engines under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Undergo structured classroom and on-the-job training to develop technical skills in engine maintenance and component repair.
- Support engine disassembly, cleaning, assembly, and testing using state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
- Gain hands-on experience in component repair and replacement, ensuring compliance with aviation safety and quality standards.
- Work in a fast-paced MRO environment with the industry’s best turnaround time for component repair.
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to company and regulatory maintenance procedures.
- Possess NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Aeronautical, Avionics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Precision Engineering).
- Must have completed or be exempted from full-time National Service.
- Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
- Able to commit at least 3 years or above.
