Traineeship Program
  • Three key phases: Company familiarization, classroom training, and on-the-job training
  • Initial familiarization at company to understand the working environment before classroom training.
  • Three-month classroom training covering theory and practical sessions, conducted and assessed by an external training academy.
  • Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of aerospace engines under the guidance of experienced technicians.
  • Undergo structured classroom and on-the-job training to develop technical skills in engine maintenance and component repair.
  • Support engine disassembly, cleaning, assembly, and testing using state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
  • Gain hands-on experience in component repair and replacement, ensuring compliance with aviation safety and quality standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced MRO environment with the industry’s best turnaround time for component repair.
  • Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to company and regulatory maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Possess NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Aeronautical, Avionics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Precision Engineering).
  • Must have completed or be exempted from full-time National Service.
  • Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
  • Able to commit at least 3 years or above.
