
Beneficiary Service Executive
The Food Bank Singapore is a food charity-of-choice dedicated to fighting hunger and reducing food wastage in Singapore. Established in 2012, our mission is to bridge the gap between those with excess food and those in need, providing a sustainable solution to hunger.
The Food Bank Singapore is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Beneficiary Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of services to our beneficiaries.
- Beneficiary Support & Services: Serve as the primary point of contact for beneficiaries seeking assistance, providing guidance and support through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Case Management: Track and manage cases for beneficiaries, ensuring that services are delivered as per the defined program requirements. Maintain detailed records of beneficiary interactions, services provided, and any follow-up actions required.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all beneficiary documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable laws, policies, and regulations. Ensure all confidential and sensitive information is handled in accordance with data privacy regulations.
- Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure beneficiaries receive the appropriate services and benefits.
- Data Management & Reporting: Update and maintain accurate records in the organization’s beneficiary management system. Generate reports related to beneficiary services, tracking service delivery performance and identifying areas for improvement. Analyze beneficiary feedback and service usage data to identify trends and improve service delivery processes.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues regarding beneficiary benefits, eligibility, or service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the beneficiary experience, enhance service delivery processes, and support ongoing program development. Stay informed of program updates, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with beneficiaries and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases or beneficiaries simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
