At CooperSurgical, we are passionate about advancing and enhancing the clinical journey for Fertility Solutions. We are now in search of an exceptional Clinical Application Scientist to join our dedicated Emerging Asia team. This is a pivotal role with a specific focus on fostering embryological knowledge across the sub-region to APAC, based out of Bangkok, Thailand and facilitating the optimal use of the CSI product range. If you have extensive hands-on experience as an embryologist and thrive on delivering high-quality training, we'd like to hear from you.
This position demands significant field activity and involves travel, predominantly across Thailand and Emerging Asia Markets.
Position
As a Clinical Application Scientist with CooperSurgical your primary role will be in-clinic training, facilitating hands-on workshops with customers in close collaboration with co-workers to support Emerging Asia revenue growth through our Channel Partners. You must have solid hands-on experience as a biopsy- practitioner and also provide in-clinic vitrification and training. Any additional and solid experience with other procedures in the ART cycle will be an added advantage.
You will support customers with evaluations, optimization projects and troubleshooting. You thrive with customer interaction, sharing knowledge and best practices on CSI’s vast portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction. You enjoy delivering assistance and support to enhance the usage of the CSI portfolio clinically. You are self-motivated, reliable with a positive and trustworthy personality. With a can-do attitude you will support your colleagues, as they in turn support you, sharing skills and knowledge along the way.
In this position, you will be reporting to the General Manager with dotted like reporting to APAC CAS Manager. You will have cross functional collaboration with your peers internally as well as the Global PECS teams, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales and any critical functions that may facilitate your day-to-day. This is a highly exposed position.
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Travelling: 30-40%
