- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in M&E engineering, particularly within facilities management or related industries.
- Strong technical proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a specific focus on optimising building system performance and ensuring their reliability.
- Expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and effectively resolving issues related to M&E systems to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and other facility management software, including the ability to utilise these tools for monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of energy management practices and sustainability initiatives in building services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
